Phillip T. S. Tukia
Phil has been practicing law in California since 1996. He has devoted his practice to civil litigation. Phil joined Maranga/Morgenstern in 2004. His practice is focused on catastrophic personal injury and business defense matters. His cases have ranged from large trucking accidents, agricultural business disputes, construction defect matters, wrongful death cases, tree accident litigation, business loss disputes, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and complex toxic tort and asbestos matters.
Phil has participated in multiple trials and binding arbitrations throughout the state of California. He is a member of the Northern California Defense Counsel and San Francisco County Bar Association.
Phil originally hails from the South Pacific Kingdom of Tonga and is married to the current Consul for Tonga based in San Francisco. He and his wife are deeply involved in Bay Area cultural and diplomatic functions.
