Jeffrey N. Leader

- Junior Partner

After his graduation from college and graduate school, Jeff was involved for a couple of years in political campaign work in his beloved former hometown of Santa Barbara, through his associations with former City Councilman and Mayor Hal Conklin and the late former City Councilman and Supervisor Tom Rogers.  Jeff has been licensed to practice law since 1985. Following that, his career has been almost exclusively involved with the defense of civil litigation. His early career consisted of the defense of automobile manufacturers, property and other business owners.  During the middle of his career to date, he specialized in the defense of first and third party fraudulent insurance claims. In recent years, Jeff's practice has focused on the defense of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, products liability fire loss and other high exposure civil actions and he still defends fraudulent claims. He has interest in trucking and transportation-related accidents and related litigation.
