Dennis S. Newitt
Dennis has been an associate attorney at Maranga/Morgenstern since 2008, and has been in the legal profession as a lawyer and paralegal since 1989.
His general civil litigation practice includes specialty areas such as construction defect, slope failure/landslide, fire loss, government entity defense, premises liability, trucking litigation, commercial property disputes and wrongful termination/workplace claims. In addition, Dennis has recently handled the briefing of two successful appeals for the firm's clients, in connection with an assault claim at a local gentleman's club and a business loss claim against a nationwide delivery company.
Dennis specializes in complex law and motion work, and the preparation for trial of complex personal injury and business dispute cases. Dennis enjoys keeping abreast of the latest appellate tort law opinions that may impact current and future matters handled by the firm.
