Ninos Saroukhanioff

- Partner

Since becoming a lawyer in 1994, Nino has devoted his practice to civil litigation. Nino joined the firm of Maranga/Morgenstern as a partner in 2007. Nino's practice, in addition to general civil litigation matters, is focused on the areas of catastrophic personal injury defense, product liability matters, and fire litigation. Nino's practice is also centered upon complex litigation, including the defense of toxic torts, and business and commercial litigation. Nino has tried over eleven jury trials and has achieved the rank of "Member" with the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"). Nino's practice has been diverse to say the least. Nino's most memorable trial thus far has been the defense verdict he obtained on behalf of his client, a local gentlemen's club, that was sued by a plaintiff claiming to have injured his penis while receiving a "lap dance" from an allegedly intoxicated female dancer. Nino serves as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court in Chatsworth, Glendale, Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica.
