Neil D. Joseph

Neil became a lawyer in 1985 and has practiced in the area of civil defense litigation since then. Neil joined the firm of Maranga/Morgenstern in 2007 and his practice encompasses a wide variety of cases, including those in the areas of business litigation, toxic tort and personal injury. Prior to joining the firm, Neil's specialty was the defense of catastrophic personal injury cases, and he is equally adept at settling cases and, when necessary, trying cases and obtaining defense verdicts. Neil is also a former Ventura County Deputy Sheriff.
