Association of Southern California Defense Counsel
John F. Peterson addressed the 45th Annual Seminar of the Association discussing "Elder Abuse Litigation: Defense and Damage Control."
The Association of Southern California Defense Counsel is the largest regional defense organization in the country. Comprised of a diverse group of 2,200 practicing attorneys of all ages, backgrounds, and religions, the organization provides a wide range of benefits and activities for its members including continuing legal education courses, an expert witness bank, an annual seminar and golf tournament, and an Amicus Committee that regularly files briefs in appellate matters of interest to members and the clients they represent.
The ASCDC's members come from various parts of Southern California, from north of Santa Barbara to the Mexican border, and from the desert of the Inland Empire to the shores of Santa Monica.
